The Federal Government will take over all the assets and liabilities of the project undertaker, Bakun Hydro-electric Corporation (BHEC), owned by Ekran Bhd., including river diversion tunnels, Bakun Resort, Bakun Airport, a jetty, RM100 million cash and important documents.
